fantastic jobfriendly staff
The room was immaculate. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The food was delicious and fresh. It offered great variety. The staff was friendly and professional. Everyone was always willing to help.
The hotel pool was not in use.

The room was well-equipped. Their Bydreo toiletries were of high quality. I found the toothbrushes to be especially good (i barely used my own!).

The shuttle to the sister hotel was really convenient. It gave access to more amenities.
The gym attendant seemed uninterested in assisting me. She preferred cleaning. I also noticed that hallway conversations among staff lacked professionalism.
